SWEET POTATO QUEEN
(Wilkerson 2012)
Tetraploid, unusual form cascade.   These 11 inch narrow orange blooms have a large green to yellow throat and a wild motion.   Scape height on established plantings is 40 inches with 6 way branching and 42 buds.  SWEET POTATO QUEEN is a DORMANT, early to midseason repeat bloomer.  The pollen is easy to use I have not been able to set a pod on it.  Possibly because of our hot summers we have had the past 2 seasons.
